Legs workout - using dumbles
Hello friends this is Himanshu here today I am going to discuss leg workout using dumbles.
In this blog today I will tell about different leg workout exercise. Before workout first you do proper warm up. Like squats and jumping etc
Complete three sets of each, resting for 30 to 40 second between sets.
Aim for sets of 10 to 15 reps. If that's beyond your back efforts, just do the best you can.
1 squat
2 lunges
3 wall sit
4 stiff legs deadlifts
5 toe raise
1 Squats
Steps
Stand up and hold a single dumble in a both hand .
Bend the knees at a 90degree and raise yourself back up after a short pause.
Back to standing position.
2 Lunges
A lunges can refer to any position of the human body where one leg is positioned forward with knee bent and foot flat on the ground while the other leg is positioned behind. It is used by athletes in cross training for sports, by weight-trainers as a fitness exercise, and by practitioners of yoga as part of an asana regimen.
3 wall sit
A wall sit is an excercise done to strengthen the quadriceps muscles. It is characterized by the two right angles formed by the body, one at the hips and one at the knees. The person wall sitting places their back against a wall with their feet shoulder width apart and a little ways out from the wall.
4 stiff legs deadlifts
Hold a pair of dumbles infront your thighs
Your knees slightly bent and stand with your feet hip width apart this is your starting position
Keep your back as straight as possible and bend over at the waist lowering the dumbles over the top of your feets.
Continue to lower the dumble down as far as your harmstring will let you comfortably.
Then back to the starting position .
5 Toe raise
Hold the dumbles in both hand to make the balance of body then up your toes and slowly lower down. Elevate onto toes as high as you can.
