Fitness is necessary for our phyical and mental health

Dear friends this is himanshu here and today  I am going discuss why fitness is necessary, as u know that now a days everyone is busy in their own life busy schedules. so people dont have much time for gym and even  some of them don't wanna waste money on gym .so that a reason today i am here to share some of my views related to fitness.

What is fitness?

Physical fitness  is defined as the state of being physically fit and healthy "fitness is term that means something different t each person ,but it refers to your own optimal health and over well being
 In this pictures the most comman thing is body fitness which can help to improve your  personaity.

Balance Diet

A balance diet is a diet that contain differing kind of food  certain quantities and proportins  that requirement for carlories ,proteins ,minerals and vitamin.
We all know that first of all we have to take care of our diet properly.And then the second step is our fitness.

Eating a balance diet 
1. Eating a different varieties of fruits atleast 5 type of fruits.
2.Eat some pulses ,eggs and meat and other protein source.
3.Take a proper type of food in which the fibres are present .

Benifit of balance diet
1.It can help to reduce the weight 
2.It can help to reduced cancer risk 
3.Eating a health full diet can help the person with diabetes .
4.It can help to manage the blood  glucose level.

Conclusion 
Like we know that every person's good personality is good fitness and all this can be done only when they do exercise and proper diet.
