Hello friends this is Himanshu here today I am going to discuss to most important thing is why calories is essential for our body.

In this blog today I will tell about the calories means how many calories should you eat perday.

What is calories ?

It is a amount of heat needed to raise the temperature of one gram of water by one degree Celsius. The human body burns the calories as a fuel. When you eat more calories than you need , your body consume these calories as a fat. 

How many calories should I eat a day.

The type and amount of food determines how many calories we consume.  Every body can consume different calories according to our weight. Many people who can try to loose your weight they need the rich amount of calories to reduce the weight and women's are likely to need the 2000 calories per day and the men needs 2500 to 3000 calories per day. 

Calories are depend on these factor.


  • Calories intake depend on the many factors like age , size and height.
  • Men consume 3000 calories and the women consume 2400 calories.
  • Eating a good breakfast could helps to give the energy at a whole day 
  • The brain is used 20 percentage of energy in the human body 

High calories food are 

  • Peanut butter
  • Cheese 
  • Nuts
  • Cheese cream 
  • Banana 

Low calories foods 

  • Apple 
  • Broccoli 
  • Cabbage 
  • Carrot 
  • Cucumber 
  • Garlic
