cardio workout

Dear friends this is himanshu here and today I am going to  discuss  cardio workout so I will explain different exercises.

In this blog today i am gonna discuss my views on a cardio  workout and how can you make yourself fit by staying at home itself.
In cardio all exercise take place and all part movements like shoulder abs thigh .

Do 3 set of each exercise and take rest 1 min between each set. 

 Some exercise are 
  • Jumping Jack
  • Toe touche
  • Shoulder tap
  • Squat
  • Push up 
  • Bur pee

Jumping Jack 

  • Jumping jacks are highly beneficial to the overall health of the heart. ...
  • Jumping jacks burn calories and fat.

 Toe touch 

Lie with your back on mat raise your feet up so your back and feet are at 90 degree angle extend your arms towards your shins.and than reach up to touch your toes then return to starting position.


Shoulder tap

Starting position 

  1. Start in a plank position your arms under the shoulder and your feet hip width apart 
  2. Touch your right shoulder with your left hand and return to plank position 
  3. Touch your left shoulder with your right hand and do this continue alternating side ,Until the set is complete.

Squat 

The body weight squat is a lower body strengthening exercise that can be performed virtually anywhere with no equipment and limited space. It's a highly functional movement working all the major muscles of the legs.

Push ups 

A push ups is a comman exercise beginning from the prone position  by raising and lowering the body using the arms  in this exercise it works on the triceps shoulder and main upper  part is chest.


Bur pee 

The bur pee is a full body exercise used in the strengthening exercise . In this its divided in to a four parts.
1 Begin in a standing position 
2 move in to a squat position with your hands on the ground 
3 take the plank position while keeping your arms extended 
4 And than return back to the squat position 
5 Stand up from the squat position .

 Conclusion

Like you all know that today I explained some cardio exercise. Cardio exercise helps to burn fat and calories. It increases your lung capacity. It help to reduce your risk of heart attack. So friend  these are the exercise which you can do easily and stay fit at home.
